This exhibition presents a synthesis of fashion, art and science by exploring the creation of newly developed bio-sequins through various mediums including garments, textiles, art and jewelry.
Particles of Color: Where Science Meets Fashion explores the interaction of these artisanal creations as they are enhanced by these sustainable decorative elements. Color, light, and artistry work together to culminate in a maker’s space that allows the museum visitor to become part of the creation process.
